Katy Perry has finally addressed the backlash she’s received for working with controversial producer Dr Luke, on her upcoming album ‘143’.
Fans went ballistic when, on Perry’s comeback single ‘Woman’s World’, Dr. Luke was listed as a co-producer on the track.
Dr. Luke has been involved in a decade-long lawsuit with Kesha, being accused of emotional abuse and sexual assault.
Perry addressed the controversy on the ‘Call Her Daddy’ podcast, explaining that the songs were written by her and Dr. Luke helped “facilitate all that.”
The ‘Hot N Cold’ singer was implicated in Kesha’s lawsuit when she claimed Perry was also a victim of the producer, which Perry strongly denied.
