For years, Perry’s husband-to-be called an ultra-modern property in Beverly Hills home.
However, he decided to put that bachelor pad on the market now that he and the “Californa Girls” singer are getting married.
Bloom bought the home in 2017 for $7 million.
The 4,000 square-foot house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and boasts stunning ocean views.
It exemplifies indoor-outdoor living with an open floor plan and sliding walls of glass that lead from the pool and spa area into a sunken living room and other parts of the house.
