all purpose flour 240g ( 2 cups)
cocoa powder 2 tbsp flat
a pinch of salt
baking powder 1 tsp
pink / red colour ( 1 to 2 tbsp)
( i used 2 tbsp pink colour but when mixed with cocoa (brown) it become red oooppppssss)
butter 160g ( 3/4 cup)
castor sugar 200g ( 1 cup or 180g for less sweet)
sour cream 125g ( 1/2 cup)
butter milk 1 cup
vinegar 1 tbsp
vannila extract 1 tsp
