(CNN) Celebrities and politicians have expressed support for Ukraine since Russia’s invasion this week.
Now there’s another famous face with personal ties to the besieged country, actor Ashton Kutcher.
“I support Ukraine,” the star tweeted late Friday.

Kutcher’s wife, actress Mila Kunis, was born in Ukraine, which was then part of the Soviet Union. Her family fled when she was very young and settled in Los Angeles.
In October 2008, the Black Swan star told the Los Angeles Times: “I ended up adjusting quickly and well, but it must have been tough because I gave up sophomore completely.”
